It is possible to modify the sheet metal k-factor bend table, but only if the radius / thickness is different between configurations. If it is, then simply put the ratio in one of the columns of the bend table.
For instance, if you are using 7 ga. steel in one configuration and 7 ga. stainless in the other then you just take the ratio of a bend radius (say--.125") to 7 ga. steel thickness (.1793") , which would be .6972, and put that in one column. Then you take the ratio of a bend radius (say also --.125") to 7 ga. stainless thickness(.1875") , you get .6667, and put that in another column. The columns need to be ordered in ascending order from left to right.
If this is practical to do for all the possible configurations and you don't risk having the exact same thickness and bend radius for two different configurations that you would like to assign different k-factors to, then this may work for you. Good luck.
