sheet metal in nx 6.0

I have a couple parts made in sheet metal and when I add the blank view in drafting it comes in vertical but I woudl like to rotate to horizontal direction as it fits the drawing nicer. All the bend angle,direction and radius are automatically added. When I rotate I need to clean up the layout of these annotations. I cannot change the leader locations though this appears to be locked out. All three attributes point to the same spot after rotating the view. The only way i seem to be able to fix this is to replace the view and rotate the view at the creation point(insert view).
