I have sheet metal door of width 600mm & Length 800mm thickness 1.5mm, i have intoruduced forming on the sheet metal for adding some stiffness & to reduce the vibration.

But due the forming on the 1.5mm thick sheet, the whole door is getting twisted and not in flat. This making assembly difficult. Any solution for this !

That is similar to the pattern used on audio speaker cones to prevent them from being too stiff.

Almost always an X shaped form is used, but there is still going to be some twist possible because it is an open, nearly flat section. The typical solution is to weld or rivet it onto a frame made of closed section tubing.
