Try AASHTO's Standard Specifications For Highway Bridges. The manual has earth pressure diagrams for permanent and temporary walls using continuous sheeting and discrete (soldier beams) elements. There is also a section on anchored walls. Search fpr AASHTO's web site for buying their publications.
