Is it possible to get AutoCAD to print or save to a file the sheet set? I used to manage drawing numbers in a spreadsheet but now that there is a sheet set model in AutoCAD I figure there must be some way of getting the file list out of AutoCAD. All I have found so far is to start an ETransmit process and then View Report and Save As to a TXT file. Clumsy - there must be a better way!!

When you say the sheet set do you mean a file of the drawings such as a .pdf or .dwf or do you simply mean the sheet list?

What version are you using? I'm on '08 and if you want the sheet list one way to extract it would be to insert the list into AutoCAD by right-clicking the sheet set name > Insert sheet list table > Then right-click the sheet list table > Export > give it a file name and it will export to .csv format.

Insert Sheet Set Table is greyed out. Under what condition(s) can I use it? I have R2008.
