Hello guys,
Iam reviewing an offer just received from a Tank manufacturer for constructing larger Tanks. Manufacturer has mentioned "to build the tank in accordance with the “sheet-to-sheet water assembly” method. He has mentioned that this method affords the advantage of filling gradually the tank during the construction, the tank being « weighted down » with water and gain in time since the hydrostatic test is carried out as background task.
I really have not heard about this type of manufacturing.
Will anyone of you please throw some light on this subject?
Thanks,
Jay,
