I need a shell and tube heat exchanger to heat a liquid from 170 F to 200 F. I have steam at 120 psig available on the shell side. What do I use as my Delta T? Assuming 5% moisture, I am down to about 30 psig steam equilibrium. That gives me a LMTD of about 30 F. Am I on the right track, or do I need to use the steam temperature at 120 psig?

You're in the wrong forum. Try heat transfer and thermodynamics. either cross refer or better still red flag your original post and start another one in the better forum.
