we have a tank under re-construction , 18" of the bottom shell was replaced , a 4" nozzle was replaced 18" up from bottom , a small bugle has appeared in tank shell , which section of API 653 should be used to evaluate the bulge " peaking" or banding tolerance in section 10.0
