Shell MESC SPE77-300 and ISO 15848-2

Is there a correlation between Shell's fugitive emission specification SPE77-300 and the ISO 15848-2? We are being asked to provide valves that meet the Table 1, Class B, and Table 2 emissions on a project. Several vendors are qualified to the above mentioned Shell standard.
