Shell Planar section Assignment problem

Hi All

I have a shell planar model , from 2D planar part creation , together with an imported CATIA geometry , I could not assign the shell homogeneous section that I defined to this shell planar part ! while I checked and saw that it has to be possible

so how is it ? why is it deactive for me ?!!
