Shielded cable through a CT

Is there a minium length of Shileding that should be above the CT before being routed back through the CT

Not really.
Concept is that the shield currents that pass through the zero sequence CT have to be negated by returning the ground wire through the CT.
In case of 1-core cables, it is a challenge to center the cables in the CT window. This is to be paid careful attention.
