Shimadzu mux-100 portable

My facility has a shimadzu portable x-ray machine that drives however long it wants to....Sometimes you will make it 5 ft sometimes 20 ft, but the machine is getting the right voltage all through out the machine, from the batteries to the motors even while driving. I believe it is goin to be a driver board any suggestions???

What did you do to test the voltage? Did you get this fugured out?
