Shipping container CG restrictions?

I'm looking at placing a number of equipment racks into a 40' shipping container. Total weight (including the container) is expected to be 43000lbs, but the majority of that weight is going to be concentrated along one bulkhead. Is this acceptable, or is this going to be too destabilizing to ship?
