Shop Docs tool order

Hi all,

I have been setting up a very basic shop doc and I am 99% finished but I don't know how to control the order in which the tools are listed.
Tool number, name, holder and reach are the 4 columns I have in the table but none of them seem to make any difference to the tool order.

Any help would be greatly received!

This depends on which view of the Operation Navigator you are cycling, usually tool view or program order view.
