Short circuit - DC Component 1

The ETAP short circuit report shows, all the parameters are okay, except the DC component part.

I think since the calculated "Ib asym" includes the decaying dc component, therefore I need not change the breaker ratings or increase the time constants.

Idc is important and to be seen separately. If you have large Idc component, it suggests the breaker is close to a generator.
The estimated Idc seems pretty high. If you have verified and confident of the result, you can ask vendor for a solution. SF6 breakers have better Idc capability than VCBs. You may also have to consider buying a higher rated (SC) breaker.
