Have any of you been to the "Shot Peening and Blast Cleaning Workshops" sponsored by The Shot Peener, in the last few years?

If so, did you find them worh while? I'm debating on going to one of the up-coming seminars in either Montreal, or Cincinatti, but want to make sure it is worth the time and money.
