Show Sketch Dimensions

I can only see the dimensions of a sketch when I am editing the sketch. How do I make the dimensions visible when I am not editing a sketch.

While in the Sketcher task, go to Preferences -> Sketch... and toggle ON the 'Retain Dimensions' option.
