Shutter wont open and close AMADA FO 3015

After starting maintenance yesterday, we made it through all our cleanings and went to do a mode burn afterwards. no luck. figured out that the shutter key wasn't opening and closing the shutter, only turning the hiene off and on. Where is a good starting point for troubleshooting this? Or has anybody ever had such an issue? Thanks everyone for all the responses it is greatly appreciated.

Could be a couple of things. I would double check BMO and BMA. On the 15000 line. I think BMA is on the next line down. Also, make sure the head is below 1". Z<1.0".
