i have the 135U system such that on CPU1 64KB RAM of type 6ES5377-0BA31 and on CPU2 64kb RAM of type 6ES5377-0AA32 with longer format installed.
i want to replace 64KB RAM on each CPU with EPROM either 128KB. Which type should be purchased amoung the siemens products ??
