Siemens 7SJ64 CONTROL Display Problem

Hello friends,

i have problems about 7SJ64,when i click to CTRL to select CB or Eart Switch,CB and ES are dissappered...the i click Esc -it turned to normal ....and i cant close cb

Second one is ,for the other relay,i click CTRL ,i choosed cb and try to close...it said me "NO CONTROL DEVİCE"

WHAT CAN BE PROBLEMS....THANK YOUuuu
