I have have part which I have created machining processes for and want to run the machine simulation. I am using a 4-axis horizontal machine.
I have generated the tool paths and post processed them but when I simulate it in the machine it is all wrong..
The machine runs a simulation but is cutting in the wrong area and in the wrong plane. It doesn't seem to actually acknowledge the part.
I have tried playing around with the MCS etc but nothing changes it
Can you suggest anything?
