Siemens S5 135U -Where to find cable and key -used

I am looking to interface with a Siemens controller 135U. I expect there is somewhere to purchase used equipment but haven't found any yet.

I downloaded the software from Siemens and wanting to purchase 'legal' key and cable. I expect I shouldn't have to spend $800 today for this.

I did find something and wondering if anyone knows anything about it. $385
