Problem with getting the drive to run at proper speeds. History: Had a bad drive changed it and also found the PCB Spped Controller Board was causing a fault, changed it now but first made sure both cards matched exactly. With the new card in the drive the servo will run at a very low speed.with know control, and by leving R4 and R5 installed the Servo will run at a very high speed still no control. I can remove the PCB and install one from another set of drives and the Servo will run as it should and install the removed PCB into another set of drives and the problem will follow the PCB. My question is we have went through the set up but nothing helps, have tried different PCBs still same results. Does any one have any ideas???

Throw out the bad board and go back to work.
