Siemens SIMODRIVE

Hi,

I am trying to get hold of a circuit diagram for a Siemens option card 6SC6100-0NA01. The card is out of a Siemens Transistor pulse-width-modulated invertor 6SC6101-4A-Z.

There is a previous thread refering to a similar subject,
