Siemens SITRANS FUS Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flowmeter 1

Hi ALL,

I am using "Siemens SITRANS FUS Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flowmeter"
and I dowenload its data by HyperTerminal software through RS 232 but this software has a limitation (500 lines).there is a software comes with the flowmeter "DataView diagnostic PC software" but I don't have it now.
Dose anyone have this software or an alternative?

Is it (Data View) included with the buying of the meter or it needs another charge?

Does it (Data View) come individually or within a package?

I don't know if it now comes with a flowmeter. Our portable FUS is about 2 years old. Dataview did not come with it. I got someone at the factory to email me a copy.

I find taking DataView screen shots of the graphical flow trend to be valuable.

Since you've gotten Hyperterminal working through a serial port, are you aware that you can go into what I'll call 'remote terminal' mode where the FUS screen display shows up on your PC in menu mode?

I found navigating through the menu for setup much, much quicker doing so (I changed the baud rate on both ends to about 38.4K) because the response via serial is quicker than the LCD display on the FUS box.

The Hyper Terminal system is not limited to 500 lines. This may be a computer issue. Data View is an other option and it is available at n/c.
