CAN anybody explain me the significance of testing operation times EHV CIRCUIT BREAKERS? Also if bounce/ chattering is observed during the timing tests , for how much duration bounce/chattering is allowed? what are ill effects of the chattering? or should we ignore it even if test instrument is indicating it's presence?
