Silicone Rubber Adhesive

Hello,
I am wondering if anybody could help me find an adhesive to adhere LSR Silicone (it can be 1 or 2 component adhesive). At the moment i am using E4 (RTV) but it takes alot of time to cure. The LSR parts are about 0.5 m in Diameter. The criteria of the adhesive are listed below:
1. Curing time less than 12 hours.
2. The adhesive should also act as a sealant
3. The sealant/adhesive should be resistant to ageing
4. Cost attractive.

Kinda an old thread but I assume you mean Wacker e40. I have used it very expensive and troublesome to get within the US. I am currently using SS-67E by silcone solutions works as well if not better than wacker and is about 1/3 the price.
