Similarity of ASME VIII-1 UG-16(b) in EN 13445-3 2

Does anyone happen to know if EN 13445 specifies similar prerequisites to minimum thicknesses (of heads, shells) as that what is specified in ASME VIII Div 1 UG-16(b)?

No similar- Minimum thickness is by equations.
