Hi, I work as a teacher at an army technical school.
I need a schematic on a simple FMCW-radar that my students can build during a week(4-5 students, totally 30 lessons). It should use an oscilloscope as a display (A-indicator ?) it should be able to indicate a moving car.

I am really prepared to take any simple radarschematic, it don't has to necessarily be a FMCW-radar. Anything goes..

Kindest regards,
atlaskar

There are FMCW radar circuits to be found on-line, similar to those used for radar speed measurements. There have also been some circuits and how-to articles published in Amateur Radio magazines the past 10 to 20 years.

I did a quick search and found the following kit which uses coffee cans. Do a search using keywords such as "radar gun" and kits, amateur radio, etc.
