Hello,
I am doing a calibration of a 2D model using a 3D model as a reference.
Basically, I am applying a surface pressure to the 3D model and then applying the
same pressure to the 2D model. The question is (probably is a dumb question)
if in the 2D model id 400 kPa the pressure and it is applied to a surface of B=0.25m
and L=2.50m, considering that in the 2D model is applied in a line of B=0.25m. Should I
apply the same pressure 400 kPa or a pressure 400/L?
Consider that I do not know the thickness of the 2D model layers. The calibration consists
in changing the thickness of the 2D layers in order to have the same result of the 3D model.
