how to define 'NT' (temperature noda) in shell element? ie. NT11, NT12, NT13... what's the 11, 12, 13 mean?

Temperature degrees of freedom are numbered from 11 onwards. The total number of temperatures will depend on how many section points you had through the shell thickness. The default 5 points means that you will have temperatures NT11 to NT15.
