Simple Question on concentrated loads and defining amplitudes

I want to input time-dependent load data as a concentrated force. The data provides the load value every 0.01 seconds. Clearly I use the tabular amplitude feature for this and attach this amplitude to my concentrated force.

However, I am confused on what to put in the CF1, CF2, etc windows when defining the force. The force does not have a constant value for the CF1 window - it's values vary with time. Do I just put a value of 1 in the component that the data is for, and 0 for the other components? Or do I put the 1st load from my time-dependent data (ie, force at t=0)? Or, do I do something else?

Time dependent load is simply a product of the load and the time dependent function defined in the amplitude definition. For example, if I want a sinusoidal variation in load, it ought be thought as follows:

load(t) = sin(t) * load

The sinusoidal function is written in the amplitude definition and while assigning a load, the amplitude definition is chosen (instead of the default ramp).
