Hi All,

Is there a simple way to find cyclic references in an assembly? I know if we keep expanding on the subassemblies we will eventually get to the offending component.

But Iam looking for some sort of script or something I can run on assemblies and get the report.

Thanks in advance

NX ships with several command line utilities to help process and manage parts. I've not used them to look for circular references, but perhaps one (or more) of them could be used for that purpose. I'd suggest looking at:

[li]ugpc.exe[/li]
[li]ug_edit_part_names.exe[/li]
[li]ug_inspect.exe[/li]
