Simplex Font not visible in MText 1

[M3Details]

I am running ACAD 2002 on a Dell Computer with XP Professional operating system.
MText does not show simplex font in dialog box. If changed to RomanS font it shows. It also shows if opened with Win2000 operating system.
Is there a setting in XP that will fix this?

I had the same problem, see the multiline text thread on the previous page, thanks to the help from it it now works for me.
