Hi all,

I need help in FloWorks.

I've tried to simulate the shutter in Pipe. As I know the FloWorks can't solve the variate geometry. So I use the time-dependent value of the inlet velocity (v=f(t)) which changes from specific value to zero.

As I know in real situation the hydraulic shock is occurs. But in my results during the transient process the pressure is lower than the static and the pressure oscillation go with values lower than static ones.

So, could you please give me some advices how to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance,
Artem
