Hi,
I tried to do a thermal analysis with a coated solid component. For the coating I tried to make a skin on the surface and assigned a different material. Section assignment through Shell-Homogenous. Could anyone shed some light, whether the process is correct for simulating coated solids. Or is there some other better way to do this?
