SimulationXpress Study: Failed

I have attempted to run a stress analysis on a few very simple part that I`ve created. Each attempt results in the same error message, "Part-1 SimulationXpress Study: Failed".

The following screenshot shows one of the parts with the error received upon running the simulation. Please advise.

Do you think you could rotate your image to show all the boundary conditions?

It looks like you only have one restraint normal to a face. You need to stop rigid body motion with additional restraints.

Can't be sure until he shows us the rest of the face with restraints on it. The feature tree says Fixed.
