Hi all,
I developed a simulink model of a pressure regulator valve and now I have to find the right model parameter in order to reproduce the valve dynamics in terms of flow rate. I get in its datasheet at page 5. Is the setpoint pressure the one at zero flow rate for each line?
In order to identify the model parameters, I set the inlet pressure at 7bar and the setting pressure at 5 bar and I reduce the intlet pressure to 4 bar through a ramp. The behaviour is quite the same, but the flow rate is much smaller than the one of the datasheet. I think my model is correct because in works as expected, the problem is just in the computed flow rate. What's wrong in what I did?
