Sinamics G120C PN

Hello guys
i have a network f G120C PN drives connected via Profinet cables to an ET200SP plc.
i already have the project of the drives created by Starter software and is saved in my pc knowing that the drives are in factory settings.
how to proceed to download the project to the drives ? is better to use a USB cable for each individual drive ? or through the switch via Profinet cable ?

also the drives are connected as I/O devices in the PLC project.

do i need also to download the configuration of the drives from TIA PORTAL too ?
