Single Point Failure

To all experts here I badly need some documents on how to create a single point of failure. Its my first time to create this type of documents and I haven't seen any one like this. it will be a great help if some one can give me a sample document about this.

Perhaps you are interested in performing a HAZOP evaluation of your process ?

There is much information on the internet (and from the US govenment) on acceptable methods, retention of records, suggested software etc.

Use HAZOP in your searches....

I have done HAZOP already and its entirely different from single point of failure. in my understanding it is more critical than HAZOP that can cause immediate production lost or Plant Shutdown
