Single sided cylinderical dimensions falling off

Hi we keep having issues with single sided diameters on our drawings disappearing/deleted when we open next time and make change to print. Is there a best practice on this? Possibly turn this into a no updated dimension similar to a note? Getting frustrated as this happens quite often. Currently I add the 3D center line and use cylindrical dimension from the 3D centerline to the part edge and turn the single sided feature on in the settings.

We are running NX 1919 natively in windows 10.

You may want to bring this up to GTAC.
They may or may not be aware of this problem.

If your components are PARTIALLY LOADED then change that to FULLY LOADED (in your assembly load options) and see if that helps.

This may be the problem I will have to test. Working from home we are using these type settings to help larger assemblies load times. Thanks for the help

Based on John Baker's comments on the below thread if you FULLY LOAD your assembly the problem should be fixed.
