I have a specific question regarding control of SZ VAV systems. I know once the space temperature is satisfied, we need to ramp down the fan and modulate (close) the CHW vale to maintain DAT (specially for humidity control purposes,) but how exactly should the sequence of operation be for control guys to do their job accordingly? How fast, time or percentage, fan and CHW valve should decrease their operation?
