Hi folks
A ac to dc system 40vdc used 3300 micro f 50VDC.
Beacuse of the lace of spare parts can i use 33000 100vVDC

No problem to use a higher voltage capacitor. Frequently done. When doing replacements on older equipment you often find the newer parts that fit properly are higher voltage. This is because new parts are improved over the old.

Increased voltage rating is generally not an issue, but 3,300uF to 33,000uF is an order of magnitude jump in value and may be an issue... where is the capacitor in the system and what is it used for?

The initial charging current may cause problems.
Or
It may be a typo.

Increased voltage rating - ok
Increased 10x microfarad rating - depends upon circuit application and config
