I have a trim system that pulls paper trim through ducting, into a fan, and blows it up to another location.

The current system delivers 4900 cfm at 12" static pressure. The fan has a 30 HP motor on it. I want to look at the operation and size a suitable blower/motor to see if the existing is sized correctly.

Any thoughts on how to size this?
