Why Newton Raphson Modeling based on power loss minimization and retaining of bus voltage limits is not acceptable for the calculation of sizing and placement of distributed generation. Is there any good article to read more about that ?

Newton Raphson is not a form of modeling. It is an iterative procedure.

If you're asking - can you determine the locations for DG based on loss minimization, by all means it is an acceptable means. Unfortunately most of what I've read on the topic use neutral network, particle swarm optimization, or something more in vogue with the present academic community.
