Hello,
We are in the process of installing a larger tank inside a dike.
The Dyke Containment Structure needs to be extended and or heightened to accommodate the new larger tank installed.
The new installed tank has twice the capacity then the old tank, 500 vs 250 gallons.
We need to make sure that the final sizing meets regulations, properly accounts for material inventory, rain water, and volume occupied by equipment installed in the dike.
Can somebody help in letting me know what is required per regulation and how to size the dike?
Also, do I need to account for potential rain water accumulation?
Thanks!
