I am currently trying to size a deaerator that will be placed upstream of a turbine meter and downstream of strainer on a 16" line. My flowrate is 1200m3/hr. I would like to know if there are any API codes I can use to size the deaerator. I require 15% air removal from the petrochem. Are there any useful websites I can visit to find more info. Regards

Just use the standard seperator sizing equations and them adjust the residence time you need based on emperical data for the petrochem you have.
