What is the criteria/ design guidelines to follow when a jockey pump for a faom fire system is to be sized?

I think you would want to set minimum and maximum normal operating pressures for your foam system based on your the highest of either your minimum fire code required pressure or the mfgr's minimum operating pressure recommendation for the foam skid. When the system drops to the minimum pressure, your jockey pump turns on and stays on until the pressure is back up to your maximum. The flowrate will be that required to top off within a reasonable time.
