Sizing of snuff steam system for coal bunkers

Hello,

I have snuff steam lines running to coal bunkers (mixture of IL and Western coal) and would like to verify that the lines are adequately placed and sized.

Does anyone know of references on the web that could provide information such as how much steam needs to flow in what period of time to fight a fire in a coal bunker of a particular size?
