Sketch constraint

I used to have my sketch mode options set where as i would constrain areas of a sketch the line s would change colors to indicate it was fully constrained.

I've seemed to lose that feature. I've set it up in the past but can no longer find where this option can be chosen.

Can anyone direct me in to the right direction in SE 17?

go to the inspect pull down menu, then check on sketch relationship colors.
